Kathleen Treger

Kathleen is the Chief Financial Officer for Theory R Properties and also leads Human Resources. She joined Theory R Properties in 2014 and is responsible for all things accounting and finance for all Theory R entities. Kathleen has 30+ years of experience in accounting and finance. Prior to joining Theory R Properties, she was a corporate accountant for Starwood Hotels & Resorts. Her career started at The Rouse Company as an accounting manager where she spent 16 years in San Antonio and then was transferred to Arizona.

In addition to her experience in finance, Kathleen also has a knack for planning events. In early 2018, she generously donated her time to coordinate a successful fundraising event to support Teach One to Lead One; a nonprofit organization that supports “at risk” youth. The event was a great success with over 200+ attendees.

In her spare time, you can find her hiking the Arizona trails with her twin boxers, attending art and wine festivals and volunteering for different organizations.
