Cathy Daichendt has been a managing member of Theory R Properties since its inception in 2002. Cathy started her career in banking and finance taking hiatus to raise a family of four children before returning in 2002 as a founding board member of Theory R Properties.  She is actively involved in operations, finance and insurance compliance. Cathy also has a passion for design to enhance our client experience.  She assists the operations team with input on construction and buildouts. Together, she and Gary set the investment strategy that has resulted in great success for our company.

She is an active member of the church, a member of the Junior League for over 25 years and volunteers her time and energies for multiple ministries.
